I had the opportunity to work with Earl on a professional level when he was the juvenile officer at the Beaver Dam Police Department . I remember a man of calmness and kindness, a man wearing a smile more often than not. I had always hoped to one day run into him again but it was not to be. May he rest in peace.

Earl was a great person and mentor for me as a young officer starting at Waupun PD. I worked with Earl off and on and he always had a positive attitude and was willing to give me direction in my carrier.
We also talked about the love of the outdoors and I enjoyed his info about fishing and fly tying.
I'm sure Earls family is extremely proud of him and his accomplishments .
