Eileen (Weinberg) Toulouse

Eileen Weinberg Toulouse, 64, born on August 31, 1951 in New York City, passed away peacefully in her beautiful Montana home on May 21, 2016.  She fought a courageous battle with severe health issues. She was an adored Daughter, Mother and Gammy.  It is a tragic loss and she will never be forgotten.

Eileen was a most loving, giving and talented person.  In addition, she was a golf club champion with 2 holes-in-one in the same round (1990)!  She also won the Fox Meadow Jambles at 29 yrs old.  As well as golf, she enjoyed horseback riding, bridge, needlepoint and music.  She was a caring and affectionate friend to all.  

Eileen graduated Finch College in 1973 with a BA in English.  She was a member of Stock Farm Club where she was the first president of the Women’s Golf Committee.  Eileen was on the Boards of the St. Patrick Hospital Foundation and The Daly Mansion Preservation Trust.  She started Junior Boards for both organizations.  She also created the Eileen Toulouse Scholarship for the Hospital.

Eileen was the daughter of Robert F. Weinberg and the late Marilyn Spinoza Weinberg; the loving mother of Stacy Reilly and her husband Sam; Scott Hesse and his wife Whitney; doting and beloved Gammy of Jake and Cameron Reilly.

Funeral services will be held in New York followed by a private celebration of her life, which will take place in July in Hamilton, Montana.

The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, that memorials be made to the Eileen Toulouse Scholarship, Providence Montana Health Foundation P.O. Box 4587, Missoula, Mt. 59806.  The family would like to thank Maureen, Hope and Saria for all their many years of loving care.
