Frankie Jr. was my cousin. His mother and my father were brother and sister. I remember the times when we were young. He lived in Millport, I lived in Elmira, not far away. We had a very tight family. His mom and dad lived just down the street from our grandparents. After we moved to Kentucky, we only seen each other every summer, when dad got his vacation from IBM. We would come home to spend 2 weeks at either my dads, sister's house in Horseheads or stay at his mom and dad's in Millport. Always had fun time with the family. Frankie was always funny. I use to make fun of him for being a head shorted than me. I am glad to hear that Frankie had a great life. I informed his cousin in Fla, Judy Yale, of his passing, also my 3 sisters, Dorothy Gera, Dorothea Tate, and Faith Miles. We will all miss him dearly. God bless you Frankie and God bless your family. Love from my family to yours.

Frank had an exceptional ability to converse and disagree with other people with no personal animosity and no expectation to win and certainly not to lose. He was a patient, respectful listener who was not waiting for the other to stop talking so he could retort. You left knowing you were right and so did Frank. He was a character not easily forgotten and always in his family's heart.

Frank was a man who was bigger than life. He pushed the envelope at every turn. He tried to hide his big heart, but we all saw it. He will be missed.
Our love and condolences to those left behind.

Dearest Jackie and children..I am so sad for you all..I know you will miss this wonderful person, named Frank..As I am..You all are so blessed to have had him in your life. He was a very special guy..I think I knew this from the beginning..We grew up together in Millport and I think of him as my "other brother from another Mother"
He could be a pain in the ass but, for the most point, he was at least true to himself and his beliefs..altho, they may have been a bit off the wall, he usually was pretty much on the ball with what he had to say. and thought.
Of all the classmates that have passed on before us, I am truly going to miss him the most..
Some how, it is unbelievable that he is gone.. I am so glad that we had an opportunity to talk together in these past couple of years and got to re-unite and find out what each other has become. I am so proud of what he has accomplished in his life..
Ironically, as kids, you have no idea what each of us will become..But, I am so proud of what Frank has done with his life.. He has made himself and each of us at Horseheads High so very proud to have him as an alumni of the class of 1965... I am shocked at what each of us have done with our lives and how wonderful we have done so many things that as children, I didn't think we would accomplish.. We are a great class and have so much to be proud of ..We have become, teachers, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, Engineers, scientists, philanthropists, writer's, Plumbers, electricians, politicians and Mom's and Dad's , aunt's uncle's , grandparents..Things that as a senior in high school I could never imagine..What a wonderful class we have become..and among those are the Frank's and the rest of us..How very blessed we all have been to have been a part of each other's lives.. I truly will miss my special brother and and hope that the good Lord will give each of you a special and wonderful part of his life to carry on with..Because I know he would wish that for each and every one of you for you were so very favored in his life.
My love and gratitude to you all.. Please feel free to call or write me if I can help or just listen..
Love you all..
