HAMILTON - Joseph Richter, 87, of Hamilton passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at the Discovery Care Centre.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Francis Catholic Church with a reception following in the Parish Life Center.  Arrangements are under the care of the Daly-Leach Chapel.
