Leonard was a wonderful cousin. Bob and I would visit him in Arizona at the Christmas tree lot and have an enjoyable visit with him over lunch. We both always looked forward to our visit.
Leonard was so kind and a good christian. I will miss him.
To God be glory!

Hero. To many times this word goes to celebrities, athletes and others in the public eye. Well Leonard you were and are a true hero. I am honored to have been instructed in confirmation and to then years later to have served as an Elder at Grace with you. Whenever you spoke, everyone would sit up a little taller and pay more attention to hear what words of wisdom would be said. You truly were one of the few people who lived and walked his faith every day. This is not a sad day, but a celebration in all of the lives you touched thru your quiet Christian ways.
Sydney was very sad, to hear of your passing. She will be confirmed this June and so wanted you to be the elder that day. But to God's glory that you have entered heaven and onto paradise. God Bless this blessed and glorious time.

The last time I saw Leonard he was attending a reception at the church in Hamilton. Terry & I live in Washington, and have not seen him for quite sometime. But that evening, I walked up to him to say hi, he stood up out of his chair and gave me a big hug accompanied by a smile. How wonderful, so sincere. He even joked a bit with me before I sat down. What a nice moment that I will always remember. My thoughts and prayers go out to his children and their families. He will be missed.
