Mary B. (Auseth) Nordenstrom

Mary Beth Nordenstrom, 80 of Hamilton passed away November 6, 2017 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula.

Mary was born September 3, 1937 in Galesville, Wisconsin the daughter of the late Andrew and Octavia Auseth.  Following high school she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Physical Education.

Mary married James Bernard Nordenstrom June 3, 1961 and they were married 40 years at the time of his passing.  She was involved in the Son of Norway and enjoyed Piano and Clarinet.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband James B. Nordenstrom; daughter, Cara B. Nordenstrom; and cousins, Helen Johnson and Thelma Kanar.

Surviving include her son, Eric Nordenstrom and his wife Shilo Nordenstrom; grandchildren, James, Dani and Sam Nordenstrom all of Corvallis and son, Kirk Nordenstrom and his wife Kasia Patora of Burien, WA.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Corvallis United Methodist Church with Pastor Debra Wacker officiating.  A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
