Jerry Lewis of Hamilton, Montana passed away Monday, March 26, 2018 in Missoula, Montana. He was 89 years of age.
He was born Jerry Walter Lewis on February 16, 1929 in Petaluma, California to Ray L. and Velma Hill Lewis. Following high school, Jerry joined the United States Army. Jerry enjoyed square dancing, camping and traveling, rock hounding and lapidary.
Jerry is survived by his sons Darrell Lewis and Dennis Lewis.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Shirlee Ann who passed away in 1996 and his second wife Mary Christian Sander who passed away in 2016.
Funeral services for Jerry will be on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 2 P.M. at Faith Lutheran Church in Hamilton. There will be a viewing starting at 1 P.M. at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Glacier Memorial Gardens in Kalispell, Montana.
Donations may be made in Jerry’s name to St. Jude, American Institute for Cancer Research, the Montana Food Bank Network or the Seniors Coalition.
