Linda L. (Blount) Lovett

Linda Blount Lovett, 78 of Hamilton, MT passed away November 5, 2017 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT.

Linda was born in Dublin, Georgia to the late Perry and Mary Lou Williams Blount.  She graduated from Waynesboro High School in Georgia.  She received her BA in English from Mercer University and a Masters in Education from Gonzaga University. 

She married Robert Lovett on March 17, 1960 and was a beloved wife of Bob for 57 years.  She was also a faithful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She worked as a teacher in the Ysleta School district in El Paso, TX, Clint School district in Clint, TX and Colville School District in WA. Linda loved Jesus with all her heart and made Him the center of her life and world.  This priority was reflected in all of her relationships and activities.  She was active in Bible Study, enjoyed cooking and decorating.

Linda is survived by her husband, Robert Lovett of Hamilton, MT; daughter, Marjie (Steve) Lovett Schaefer and their children, Hayley, Jordon, Matthew and Luke; daughter, Leigh Ann (Rick) Lovett Laird and their children, Abbey, Michael and James all of Bothell, WA.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 11th at The River Church 354 Cooper Lane in Hamilton.
