Linda Potts (Schilke) Mavity

Victor - Linda Schilke Potts Mavity, 69, of Victor, Montana Passed due to complications of Diabetes on December 7, 2016 in her home surrounded by family.
Linda was born July 5, 1947 in Hamilton Montana to Edward and Nora “Betty” Schilke.  She graduated Hamilton High in 1966.  She later attended and graduated Springfield College of Beauty in 1984.  She was always doing new things so later in life she completed her LPN training at Lane Community College in 1996.
            She was blessed in life and had the privilege to marry the love of her life LeRoy Potts and was happily married until his death in 1983.  In life you are blessed if you get to find the love of your life once but Linda defied all of the norms in life and found true love a 2nd time in life when she married Peter Mavity and was so blessed until his death in 2015. Linda was a woman of many talents; she loved to can, spend time with family and had a strong relationship with her lord and savior Jesus Christ. She was an incredible mom and wife and she owned her own business Awesome Care for many years. She was funny and fun to be with.  Playing Farkle and Hand and Foot with her honey and her family was a favorite pass time. She loved her kitties, Marmalade and Springer.
            She is preceded in death by her father Edward W Schilke, her mother Nora “Betty” Swendig, her brother Kevin Schilke, her husband’s; LeRoy Potts, and Peter Mavity, her son Frankie Potts.
            Survivors include; sister, Susan France with husband David; brother, Kelly Schilke with wife Julia; daughter, Allison Walton, Grand children John Michael, Halla and Dakota with wife Emerald; son, Jim Potts; grandchildren, Nicole, Shonda, Joeseph, Christian, and Jaxon;
daughter, Lacey Austin with husband Leon;grandchildren, Kaylee and Hunter; son, Chuck Reese with wife Diana; grandchildren, Kimberly, Chuck, Michael, Ashley, Rebecca and Molly.  Three step children, Kari McNinch, Brandon Mavity and Ray Mavity.  She has an abundance of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
