Wayne I. Burd

Wayne I. Burd, 89 of Hamilton passed away June 20, 2018 at the Discovery Care Center in Hamilton.

Wayne was born in Sacramento, CA to the late Iliff and Norma Burd.  He attended School in Sacramento, CA.  He was married to Mary C. Burd.  Wayne was a member of the Order of Eagles for 73 years.  He served honorably in the U.S. Army and the National Guard.  Wayne was an avid gardener who shared his bounty with many around town.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Merlyn; daughter, Anita; step children, Sonny and Allan Jennings.

She is survived by his wife, Mary; sister, Ardyth Eichler of Sparks, NV; son, Wesley; granddaughter, Darcy Ogle of Helena, MT.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. July 14th at the Hamilton Eagles Lodge, 125 N. 2nd St. Hamilton, MT.  Private family urn placement has taken place.
