Addaleen A. Bosket

CORVALLIS - Addaleen Bosket, 87, of Corvallis passed away at the Marcus Daly Center for Hospice and Palliative Care in Hamilton on Saturday, December 19, 2009. She was born January 16, 1922, in Wolf Point, Montana.

She married Frank Bosket in Missoula on August 16, 1938. They built a house a year later and provided a loving happy home for five children. Addie was a great cook, a beautiful and talented seamstress, all of which was self taught. Addie found time to sew for her five children, while raising a large garden, canning, freezing, and helping on the farm.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Bosket, father and mother, sister, Margaret Powell, brothers Marlyn, Marion, Frances Haugen, granddaughter Camilla Young.

In her early twenties, Addie dedicated her life to God. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was active in the door to door ministry.

She is survived by four daughters and a son, Joanne Gates (husband Donald) of Anaconda, Beverly Kearney (husband Victor) of Darby, David Bosket (wife Sovilla) of Shelby, Susan Drinkard (husband John) of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and Sandra Sievert (husband Gary) of Santa Fe, N.M. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren, as well as a sister-in-law Jean Crane of Grantsdale.

The family suggest memorials be made to the local congregation of Jehovah's Witness or the Marcus Daly Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Hamilton.
