Amanda M. Baier

Hamilton " Amanda Marketa Baier, 16 of Hamilton passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton.
Amanda was born September 19, 1994 in Missoula, MT. She was the daughter of Jamie Apperson Baier and Mark Baier.
Amanda was raised in the Bitterroot Valley, spending years in Stevensville, Corvallis and Hamilton. Amanda spent many years with the love and support of her mother and step-father Mark Mortensen. She spent her final months under the loving care of her mother and step-father Bart Malensek. Amanda enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing volleyball, and she loved to read. She loved to cook and had an amazing sense of humor. Amanda was a sophomore and wanted to study meteorology after high school graduation. She took it upon herself this year to switch from Corvallis High School to Hamilton High School to further her academics in science.
Amanda is survived by her mother Jamie Baier of Hamilton; father, Mark Baier of Stevensville; grandmother, Marketa Apperson of Corvallis; younger sister, Ashley and younger brother, D.J. of Hamilton; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by an extended family of friends and the love of her life Kenny Paddock.
The family suggests memorials in memory of Amanda to Ravalli County Federal Credit Union.
