Hamilton - Anita C. Bell, 89 of Hamilton, passed away September 8, 2009 at the Discovery Care Center and went home to be with her Lord and Savior.
She was born June 17, 1920 to Edmond W. Clem and Pearl Gouty Clem in Hoopeston, IL. She attended and graduated from Business College with a degree in Business. She later married Donald K. Bell, Sr. in September of 1939 and they were married for 53 years. They moved from Illinois in 1958 to Florida where they lived until 1988. While in Florida she was a legal secretary in a Law Firm for 25 years. Upon leaving Florida in 1988 they moved to Victor, MT where she lived until 1998 when she moved into Hamilton. She was very active in First Baptist Church, in Precept Bible Studies and a member of a local garden club. She loved to play bridge and was a very competitive player.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 siblings, her husband Don and grandson Matthew.
She is survived by her daughter Ruth Ann (Sheldon) Hunter of Corvallis, MT., her son, Donald K. (Leanne) Bell, Jr. of Livingston, TX along with 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church, 354 Cooper Ln., Hamilton, MT 59840.
