Anna Kristine Westcott

Anna Kristine Westcott, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025, in Corvallis, Montana, at the age of 74.

Born on June 3, 1950, in Muscatine, Iowa, Anna dedicated her life to caring for others. She received her nursing degree from Sacred Heart School of Nursing in North Town, Pennsylvania in 1972, and began her career as a hospital nurse. In 1982, she transitioned to home health nursing in Louisiana, providing compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

In 1986, Anna and her family moved to Corvallis, Montana, where she continued her journey of service. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 1990 and went on to serve as the social worker at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, Montana, from 1990 until her retirement in 2010. Her kindness, dedication, and deep empathy left a lasting impact on countless patients and colleagues.

Anna married the love of her life, Malvern Westcott, on August 14, 1971, in Audubon, Pennsylvania. Together they built a life grounded in love and adventure. In retirement, Anna and Malvern traveled widely, exploring new places hand in hand. Some of their most treasured moments were spent dancing barefoot on the beach to Van Morrison songs—carefree and in love, with the ocean as their witness.

She is survived by her husband, Malvern; her children, Amy Baker (Phil) and Colin Westcott (Shannon); and her cherished grandchildren, Tristan Baker, Jacob Baker, Elias Westcott, and May Westcott.

Anna will be remembered for her generous spirit, unwavering compassion, and deep devotion to her family and community. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the love she gave so freely.
