Sula - Arthur Lynn Wildey, 81 of Sula passed away at his home, Sunday, February 7, 2010.
Art was born May 26, 1928 in Whitewood, South Dakota to the late Isaac and Nora Wildey. He was one of 13 children. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1946 to 1948 aboard the USS Chara, a mine sweeper.
He married Annette Keely where the couple lived and raised eight children.
He worked as a logger for many years in the Sula area. He cut Christmas Trees and enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and mining with his family. He also enjoyed playing the guitar.
He was preceded in death by his son Andy Wildey and numerous brothers and sisters.
Surviving include his wife, Ann of Hamilton; sons, Dwane and wife Chris of Darby, Randy Wildey of Corvallis, Jerry and wife Marilyn of Hamilton, Mike and wife Richie of Lolo, Edward and wife Laurie of Victor; daughters, Diane and husband Billy Jameson of Darby and Beverly and husband Tony Mariano of Boston, Mass; Sisters, Elnor of Stevensville and Dorothy of Corvallis; 11 grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
