SULA – Banning T. Cantarini, 86, of Sula passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015. He was born October 28, 1928 in Carlsbad, CA the son of Joseph and Lillian Cantarini.
Banning married the love of his life, Carol A. Lockwood, on March 11, 1949 and together they raised 3 children. Banning and Carol were together for 70 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Cline Cantarini; and his grandson, Mark. Banning is survived by his loving wife, Carol, of Sula; 3 children, Michael Cantarini of Fallbrook, CA, Kevin Cantarini and wife Ellen of Conner, MT and Jody Cantarini of Darby; and 3 grandchildren, Banning, Cody and Kayla Cantarini.
No formal services will be held. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Banning’s name to Marcus Daly Hospice Endowment Fund, 1200 Westwood Drive, Hamilton, MT 59840.
