Betty L. Raines

HAMILTON " Betty L. Raines, 91, of Hamilton passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital. She was born February 27, 1919 in Hampton, IA.

Betty graduated from high school in Latimer, IA. She then married LeRoy M. Raines on July 23, 1938 in Hampton, IA and they moved to Montana in 1948. She loved the outdoors and did a lot of fishing with family on the Bitterroot River. Betty also loved to race cars on a dirt track.

Betty is survived by 2 sons, Leonard and Larry Raines; her daughter, Carolee Foster, who all live in Montana; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Betty was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. If anyone would like to donate, Betty would have liked memorials to be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
