Beulah M. (Treece-Loesch) Wutzke, 90 of Hamilton, died December 22, 2012 at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospice Center. Beulah was born July 17, 1922 on the Treece family ranch 4 A½ miles North of Corvallis at Tucker Crossing on the Eastside Hwy. Both of her grandfathers had homesteaded in the Bitter Root Valley in the late 1800's.
She attended Victor Schools and had many fond memories of her classmates and the early Bitter Root. She was glad to relate stories of Bitter Root life to all who were there to listen.
She married Daly Loesch on Jan 6th, 1940. The couple made their home in Sacramento, California until his retirement. They returned to Montana in early 1970, Daly died in August 1973. They had no children.
She was a very active member of the Eagles Auxiliary for many years and served as Past President. She was also Past Worthy Matron of the Corvallis Order of Eastern Star. Beulah was a member of the Marcus Daly Hospital Auxiliary and the V.F.W. Auxiliary.
Beulah married Edgar Wutzke, May 4, 1990 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He passed away January 3rd, 2004.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Zola Treece; brother, Charles H. (Hank) Treece and sister, Katherine Slocum. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
