Bret L. Rouse

Bret Rouse 49 passed away Friday the l0th of Dec at his home.
He was born November 24, 1961 at Marcus Daly to Gary and Judy Rouse.
Bret graduated high school in 1978 and worked for a short time for the family business, Rouse Electric. He joined the army in 1982 where he received basic training at Fort Knox. He then served as company illustrator at Fort Ord while his official nomenclature was material storage handling spec.
Bret returned to Hamilton in 1986 to work once more for the family business and various other endeavors such as traveling and working his way through many states until his health deteriorated leaving him unable to work.
He is survived by his mother and his father; brother, Eric and wife Brandy of Rathdrum, Idaho; niece, Mauren; and nephew Walker; step-nephews, Brennan and Caden.
The family suggests memorials to your local Humane Shelter.

This child is remembered
As a first born son,
Another would follow
But it would take five more years
So the first receives care
Including blood, sweat and tears,
He would grow to a young man
Serve his country quite proud,
Found to be married
Success not allowed,
A struggle to live
A failing of health
The long drawn out battle
Desiring not wealth,
Content with his talents
And a love for his Lord
An old King James bible
Gave the hope he afford,
A talent for art
Whether pencil or pen
Camera, computer
Imagination no end,
He and his dog
A life time friend
Hunting for hot springs
In a wilderness without end,
Fascination of hot water
glory pools to explore
A separation in summer
From things he deplore,
Yet a good sense of humor
And the love of good friends
Would help him through the long tunnel
To the bright light at the end.
