Calleen Annette Callahan

Calleen Annette Callahan, 65, of Darby, MT passed away on Friday, June 26th surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 12, 1960 in Salinas, CA to Lorraine and Cal Ferguson, raised by her devoted mother and stepfather, Marvin Thiel. Calleen lived a life marked by enduring strength, overcoming numerous heartbreaks and will be remembered for the remarkable love she had for her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was a dedicated homemaker to her family. Calleen found joy in sewing, a wide array of arts and crafts, family gatherings, and travel. Her biggest joy though were her grandchildren.

Calleen is survived by her daughter, Shannon Chi, daughter, Kayla Callahan, son, Shane Callahan. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren Cali, Danni, Aden, Jaiden, Annabell, Jocelyn, Allen, Tate, and Enola, and numerous extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Shaun Callahan, eldest son Allen Myers, her parents Lorraine, Marvin, and Cal. Her sisters Renee and Rayleen; among others.

A small memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1st at 10:30 am and will be held at the Western Montana State Veterans Cemetery in Missoula. A celebration of life will follow at noon.

Calleen will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
