HAMILTON - Carolyn passed away on August 1, 2011 at her residence in Hamilton. She was born to Stan and Eleanor Doebler on May 12, 1946 in Salem, Massachusetts. Shortly after Carolyn's birth her family moved to Warren, Pennsylvania where she completed her education. After her marriage in Warren, she moved from Pennsylvania and lived in various places throughout the US, settling in Missoula in the early 1980's.
Carolyn had many jobs throughout her life and the job she most valued was being a Jehovah's Witness. She was baptized as a Witness on May 16, 1998. She was especially proud of her 4 years as a Pioneer and appreciated any opportunity she had to share her faith. As a Witness, her faith was the center of her existence. Through the study of scripture, her life was directed daily in her thoughts and actions. Carolyn had a life filled with many joys and challenges. She brought to this world an energy that enabled those around her to experience laughter, happiness, tears, sadness and all the many emotions life gives us. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she has touched.
Carolyn is survived by her 4 children, Scott Brian of Arizona, Kim Cavender
and Tami Newton of Georgia, Sheri Brian of Tennessee, and their families including 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She is also survived by her brother Rusty Doebler and sisters, Donna Moreland, Jacque Ellis and Betty Christl as well as many nieces and nephews.
