Carolyne "Carol" Sue Montgomery

HAMILTON – Carolyne Sue Montgomery, age 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, on Friday, February 3, 2023, in Hamilton, Montana. She was survived by her true love and life partner, Amanda Lee, of 43 years; their five children, multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, two brothers, and one sister.

Carol was a jack of all trades. She had a love for the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. She also had a talent for tinkering on things. She was good at making the most beautiful things out of wood. You could always find her repurposing just about anything.

Carol’s strength and ingenuity provided for her family through good times and bad. In a world that was often closed-minded, both carol and Amanda, ensured that their family was loved, cared for, and always had a place to call home. Carol’s loving heart and infectious smile will be missed by all.
