Colin K. "Morrie" Finks

CONNER - Colin K. "Morrie" Finks, 43, of Conner passed away Friday, July 6, 2012 near his home from heart disease. He was born August 26, 1968 in Toledo, OH the son of Ida Evelyn Compton and Walden Benjamin Finks.
Morrie attended Darby High School and Trapper Creek High School where he obtained his welding certificate. He married Misty Joslin on July 7, 1993 in Couer d' Alene, ID.
Morrie was a hardworking and fun loving man who had great ability as a logger, gardener, home builder and landscaper. He was a good man and built our home so we have many reminders of him and all he has done as a father. We love him and will dearly miss him.
Morrie was preceded in death by his mother in 1999; his father in 1990; and his cousins, Tommy and Seane Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Misty Joslin Finks; his 3 daughters, Hayley (20), Jessi (12) and Abbie (7); his brother, Scott Hofman of Great Falls, MT; his uncle, Lin Compton of Madison, WI; and his best friends, Steve (Mitzi) Joslin, Bill (Lisa) Sundermeyer and Jack (Heather) Jenkins.
The family suggests that memorial be made in Morrie's name to Marcus Daly Hospice, 1200 Westwood Drive, Hamilton, MT 59840.
