Our dearest Husband, Father Son, Brother, and Friend was called home on Sun. November 13, in a car accident near Lincoln, Montana.
David was born on Feb. 19, 1984 in Sandy, Utah. He is survived by his wife Anya and 3 children Zachary, Zayden and Zoey; parents Johnathan and Elizabeth; mom CarolLee; grandparents Abe and Ruby Teerlink; brothers and sisters Mike, Shane, (Tawnya) Johnny, (Nanette) CrystalLee, (Isaac) AngelLee, (Kyle) Jason, Dustin, Megan, (Christopher) Joseph, Daniel, Jami (Jake) Stacy, Nephi, Jordan, Lindsey, Kelsey, and Jasey; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws. David lived his life with love and passion, and wants us all to celebrate with him!
