David Konrad Fahrenbruck

April 12,1942 to June 19,2026

David Konrad Fahrenbruck, beloved husband, brother, uncle was born in Rosebud County Montana to Henry Fahrenbruck and Sophie Mickell. He was the youngest of 15 children.

David grew up in Rosebud County and Forsyth. He graduated from Forsyth High School in 1960 and joined the US Navy where he served for 4 years in Hawaii for most of his career. In 1965 he married Catherine (Kitty) Harrington from Walkerville, Montana. They were married at St. Lawarence Catholic Church. In 1966 Catherine and David moved to Cypress, California where he worked as a machinist for 38 years. They returned to Montana in 2002 and settled in Corvallis, MT to do his favorites task – gardening.

David is survived by his bride of 61 years, Catherine, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

David will be remembered for his friendly smile and welcoming attitude.

A celebration of life will be held on July 25 at 11:00 AM at the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton, MT with a reception for family and friends immediately after the service. Burial will take place later.
