David A. Long

David A. Long, 81, passed away on November 22, 2020 in Corvallis, MT.

Dave was born to Everett and Beatrice Long on April 20, 1939 in Bentley, Alberta, Canada. He was raised and went to school in Red Deer and Ricinus, Alberta until his family moved to Sacramento, CA when he was 14 years old. There he attended El Camino High School and American River College.

He met and then married Jacquelyn A. Phillips on July 28, 1959, his wife of 61 years. Together they raised 4 children, David (Theresa), Christopher, Casey (Maria Jose) and Melissa (Brent Kincaid) and have 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Dave was preceded in death by his son Christopher (1983).

Dave and Jacque lived in Sacramento until 1977. They then moved to Auburn, CA where they lived until moving to Hamilton, MT in 2014. And finally, moving to Corvallis, MT in 2017.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
