Donald 'Donnie' Brock, 78 passed away at home on Tuesday, May 23 2012. Donnie was born in Helena and raised in Three Forks where he graduated from high school. After graduation Donnie went to work for the railroad in Three Forks before he was drafted into the army. Don was stationed in Germany during the Korean War where he served four years and after his discharge he returned to work at the railroad. It was at this time Donnie met the love of his life Janet M. Dealy. They married in 1957 and made a home in Anaconda. Don continued his education and became a master electrician. He moved his family to Conner to pursue his occupation where he acquired the job of electrician for the S&W Sawmill, located in Darby/Conner, until the mill closed and he went to work for Rural Electric Co-Op from which he retired after - years. Beloved by customers and neighbors alike Donnie remained on call throughout his retirement years. He also loved to garden and fix things and he remained a "fix-it" man to the very end.
Don is survived by his beloved wife Janet and his three children Kim Zickuhr, Dennis Brock and Christine Unger, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and loving niece/adopted daughter Ronda.
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents Luther and Helene Brock of Three Forks, and his two sisters Maribeth Hagan and Marjorie Clark.
The family suggests that memorials can be made to Hospice, Darby Bread Box, Haven House or the Humane Society.
