Doris C. Forsell

Doris C. Forsell, 98 of Hamilton passed away February 17, 2015 at her home.
Doris was born November 11, 1916 in Omaha, Nebraska the daughter of the late Dr. Irene Platt and Dr. Richard Clark. She attended and graduated from Great Falls High School. She went on to attend the University of Montana, studying Philosophy and Music.
On January 1, 1940, she married Louis O. Forsell. The couple lived in Helena, MT. Doris was a member of Al-Anon for 48 years. She worked to bring mental health services to Montana. She lived the last 25 years of her life in Central Mexico.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Louis O Forsell; her parents an older brother and a younger sister.
She is survived by her daughters, Signe (Ed) Shepherd of Hamilton, MT., Lisa (George) Perry of Springtown, TX., Christine (Dave) Reese of Salem, OR; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial reception will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 29th at the Daly-Leach Community Room.
