Earlene Flinders Chavez

HAMILTON - Earlene Flinders Chavez, 63, of Corvallis Montana Passed away peacefully in her home after a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

She was born September 29, 1946 in Tooele, Utah. She moved here with her family in 1959 and here she met the love of her life Alfred Chavez Jr., and they remained together for 40 years.

Together they managed two small businesses and raised 5 children. LaRee (Steven) Jessop of Victor, Tina Chavez of Hamilton, Alfred III (Dawn) Chavez of Victor, Tamara (Ronald) Jessop of Corvallis and Kayla (Robert) Gieseke of Corvallis and 11 Grandchildren.

Earlene cherished and loved her friends and family. She enjoyed riding horses, dancing, singing, and playing the piano. Anyone who knew her was touched by her strength and courage in facing her everyday battles.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten by her family and friends.
