CORVALLIS - Everett “Eddie” Hafer, 54, of Corvallis, MT passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021, in his home. Born June 18th, 1967, in Hamilton, MT, son of late Duane “Buck” Hafer and Christula “Chris” Hafer. Eddie was raised in the Bitterroot Valley and attended Corvallis High School. After graduating, he immediately started his lifelong career in carpentry. Eddie adored his work and never cut corners. Lover of the outdoors, Eddie was always looking for his next best fishing hole or hunting grounds. In 1990, Eddie met his now former wife and eagerly took on the role of stepfather to her 3 children. In 1996, his fourth and final child was born. Eddie spent his remaining years raising his four children, always putting family and friends first; never his own interests. Eddie enjoyed time with family, fishing, hunting, and working on the various projects he had going on at any given time.
Eddie is survived by his four children: Brycon, Taryn and husband Corey Stotlar, Jaryd and Devyn; 5 grandsons and 3 granddaughters.
Celebration of life will be held August 14th, 2021, at Eddie’s home; 731 Old Corvallis Rd, Corvallis, MT, from 12-5pm.
