Ellis Ross Buhler

Ellis Ross Buhler, 82, of Corvallis passed away on December 31, 2010 at his home after a long illness. He was born June 4, 1928 in Montpelier, Idaho the son of the late Christian and Mable (Kunz) Buhler. On October 1, 1956 he married Leah Mae Griffin in Darby, Montana.
Ellis was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Ellis was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, two sisters, a daughter, Nona Mae, and a son, Ross Henry.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Leah Buhler of Corvallis; son, Christian of Hamilton; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Corvallis L.D.S. church with Bishop Lynn Seamons officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Pine Cemetery in Darby. Arrangements are under the care of the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton. The family wishes to give a special thank you to Aspen Hospice for the loving care and support given to Ellis and the family.
