HAMILTON - Faye L. Lee, 74, of Hamilton, MT died peacefully at her home on April 7, 2010. She was born on May 25, 1935 in Four Oaks, NC. Faye retired from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resided in North Carolina until 1999 when she moved to Colorado to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren, which eventually brought her to Hamilton, MT. After moving to Hamilton, Faye felt she had never met a more caring and genuine community. Faye took great pride in her children and grandchildren and loved them all dearly. She was the epitome of a true southern lady who carried herself with grace and dignity.
The family will have a private memorial service but wishes to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the people of the bitterroot valley who loved and embraced Faye. Donations can be made in her memory to the Corvallis United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
