Florence A. Glenn

HAMILTON - Florence A. Glenn, 94, of Hamilton passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009 at the Marcus Daly Hospice and Palliative Care Center. She was born May 24, 1915 in Corvallis the daughter of Benjamin and Callie May Severns.

Florence was raised and educated in Corvallis and graduated from Corvallis High School. She married Bob Glenn on May 6, 1934 in Hamilton. She spent her life as a home maker and mother and also helped Bob on the farm. Florence enjoyed reading and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, in 1982; her parents and 11 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Gay McDonald and husband James of Darby; her sister Lorna Randolph of Klamath Falls, OR and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 11 am at the Corvallis Cemetery. The family suggests that memorials be made in Florence's name to the Marcus Daly Hospice Endowment Fund, 1200 Westwood Dr, Hamilton, MT 59840 or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
