Florence K. Pagenkopf, 92 of Hamilton passed away Friday November 8, 2013 at her home.
She was born December 20, 1920 in Hamilton, MT to Robert G. Kyle and Florence Parker-Kyle, the youngest of three children. She graduated from Hamilton High School.
Florence married Paul O. Pagenkopf. The couple raised three children, Gordon C., Robert R. and Barbara L. She was a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hamilton, and was president of the Garden Club during the Blue Star Highway Project on Lost Trail Pass in Montana. She loved back country wilderness camping. She was an excellent downhill skier until the age of 77.
- Florence was preceded in death by her husband Paul Pagenkopf; son, Gordon Pagenkopf; and a brother, Robert Kyle.
- She is survived by her sister, Mary Uhlig of Longview, WA; son, Robert of Brackettville, TX; daughter, Barbara Rose of Hamilton; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins.
- She was known to live life to the fullest and will be missed by all.
