Floyd Anderson Webb

Floyd Anderson Webb, 79, passed away Sunday March 20, 2011 after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born December 29, 1931 In Edgemere, Idaho, the son of Rowland and Alberta Webb.
Floyd spent his working life as an accountant. He spent 20 years as a contracting officer for the Coast Guard and at the time of his retirement in 1989, he was a comptroller for NOAA.
In 1994, while living in Toledo, Oregon, Floyd started teaching the AARP driving classes and that continued till 2005. From early 2005 until October 31, 2010 he acted as Asst. District Coordinator for the driver safety program.
He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and four brothers.
