Gary Lynn Lake

MISSOULA - Gary Lynn Lake, age 75, died Thursday, May 16, 2024 of Alzheimer's disease, at Edgewood Memory Care in Missoula.  Gary was born in Hamilton, Montana to Paul and Lavinia Lake on August 17, 1948.  He graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Accounting, he became a CPA and did graduate studies in Economics and Finance.  He worked as an auditor for the City of Los Angeles and then was the CFO of a Credit Union in Seattle.

Gary was a generous man who had great style and was a true gentleman. He retired early and traveled the world, visiting 48 countries.  He received the Lord when he went forward for an altar call at the CLC Passion Play. He was a Deacon and an active member of his church (Discovery/now Redeemer Bible Church).

He and Nancy married in 2015 and they had a marriage full of love and joy. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; and stepson, Ross Turmell; as well as his much loved cousin, Mark Popham.

Services will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 28 at Sovereign Hope Church in Missoula.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com.
