Geraldine Scheline

February 8, 1914 — January 19, 2010

HAMILTON - Geraldine Scheline, 95, of Hamilton passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at the Discovery Care Centre. Geraldine was born February 8, 1914 to Lawrence and Hazel (Hall) Clure in Cambridge, ID. She lived in Cambridge until 2001 when she moved to Montana to be nearer her family.
On May 25, 1929, Geraldine married George Scheline and they were married 61 years. She loved music and had her own dance band called the "Red Hot Peppers" during the 40's. Geraldine was an excellent piano player and played for the Eastern Star.
She was a 60 year member of the Eastern Star. Geraldine served as Worthy Matron when the Cambridge Chapter #56 was active at the Cambridge Masonic Hall. In 1988 she became a member of the Loyaute Chapter #19 in Weiser, ID.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband George; her parents; 3 brothers, Raymond, Bert and Lyle Clure; 1 sister, Vivian Schmitz; and her niece Marlene Brandt. She is survived by her son Donald Scheline and wife Carlene; granddaughters, Debbie Briggs and husband Steven of Missoula and Deanna Appelbaum and husband David of West Palm Beach, FL; and 4 great-grandchildren, Samantha and Tarl Briggs of Missoula and Kyle and Keith Appelbaum of West Palm Beach, FL.
