Helen E. Greenfield

Helen E. Greenfield, 73 of Hamilton, passed away of natural causes at her home Tuesday, February 17th.

She was born on the family farm June 25, 1935 in Augusta, MT. The family later moved to the Snoqualmie, WA area where she graduated from High School in 1953. Helen missed Montana and eventually moved to Hamilton and met Delbert J. Greenfield whom she married October 7, 1961. They had three children: (Delbert) David Greenfield, Donald Daryl Greenfield, and Joan Lisa (Greenfield) Vick. Del and Helen were divorced in 1967.

Helen was an active member of the Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed visiting nursing home residents, shut-ins and her many friends. Helen loved her church, bible studies and prayer groups. Traveling by bus to see the country and her family was a special joy. She enjoyed working in her yard and flower beds and was known for her peach trees. Keeping up with her grandchildren's activities brought her great pleasure.

She was preceded in death by her parents Nels and Mary Nelson and sister Jean (Nelson) Allen. She is survived by her sister Mildred Kuehl of Redmond, W A, her three children, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
