Irene Ann Henault

May 2, 1930 — February 18, 2012

HAMILTON - Irene Ann Henault, 81, of Hamilton passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 at her home. She was born in Kingston, Pennsylvania to proud Polish immigrant parents. She grew up in a loving community with faith, family and friends.
As a young woman Irene traveled and enjoyed her work as an airline stewardess. In 1959, Irene met her loving husband Stevan Henault from Darby and traveled as a proud military wife. Soon she was the mother of three children, Max, Jane and Jim Henault.

In 1971 Irene moved the Hamilton, Montana, sadly after becoming a widow. She loved living with the mountains and fresh air for more than 40 years in the Bitterroot. Irene always had a infectious smile and warm greeting everywhere she went, making friends every step of the way through her journey in life.

As a proud mother of three, she was fiercely independent and enjoyed her pets and a love of antiques and history. Irene was a loving and generous close friend to many people and her family. She will be missed dearly by us all. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Zigmund, Stanley and Leo; her sister, Hedwig; her husband Stevan; and son Max. She is now with them resting in peace. Irene is survived by her son, James Henault of Black Diamond, WA and her daughter, Jane Henault of Renton, WA.
