Jamee Louise Hill

HAMILTON - Jamee Louise Hill, 59, of Hamilton, Montana passed away suddenly surrounded by her loving daughters, Friday, September 2, 2022, at St. Patrick's Hospital. She was born December 18, 1962, in Truckee, California, the daughter of James Hensley and Judy Bacon.

Jamee settled in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley, in 1980, and enjoyed working at various businesses around the valley including Hamilton Floral, Hamilton IGA, and most recently, Evans Ace Hardware. She raised four daughters who blessed her with twelve grandchildren. Jamee's girls were among her proudest achievements. She cherished her time as Grandma and bragged about all of her loved ones to anyone who would listen. She loved her dogs, Yogi and Kota, cooking, gardening, swimming, water skiing, and camping.

Jamee is survived by her four daughters: Jessica (Shane) Jenne of Stevensville, MT, Janine (JR) Shook of Darby, MT, Holly Taylor of Hamilton, MT, Keri (Skylar) Thrasher of Corvallis, MT; grandchildren: Austin, Naomi and Logan Jenne, Avery, Peyton, and McKenzie Rall, Haylee, Clayton, Cameron, and Brodee Beall and, Taylor and Karsen Thrasher; nephews: Jesse (and family), Brandon, and Randy Hubbell of California, Zach Hubbell (and Family) of Nevada, and Justin Thornton of California; and niece, Nicole Thornton of California.

Jamee had an infectious laugh that will forever be missed. Her loss is felt by many, but we all take solace in the fact that she is no longer in pain and finally free. She was a true survivor and passed her strength on to her daughters, who will always hold her memory in their hearts.
