James H. "Jim" Walker

July 7, 1931 — August 1, 2013

VICTOR - Jim passed away in the early morning hours of August 1, 2013 of natural causes. He was born July 7, 1931 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to C. Len and Nellie Walker. He married Lucille James on February 2, 1952 in Phoenix, Arizona. Together they raised seven children.

Over the years he had several careers. But his passion was being an auctioneer. He enjoyed it until his health no longer permitted him to do that anymore. His health permitted him from doing lots of things in his later years but he never gave up trying.

Family meant the world to Jim. He always dreamed of winning the lottery because then he could build a huge home so everyone of his kids would have their own wing and he would know where they were at and that they were all safe. He worried about everyone and everything. That was his nature.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents; his oldest daughter, Donna June; oldest son, James Eugene; middle son, Ivan Gale; and his granddaughter, Kimberly Sue.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lucille; daughters, Vivian (Ray) Wildman of Washington, Lavelle Walker of Victor and Stephanie Walker (Emmett Weaver) of Drummond; son, Randall (Laura) Walker of Hamilton; 19 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Daddy you were always there for all of us no matter what. You meant a lot to your family and you will be greatly missed. Heaven gained a new angel today. We all love you very much.
