James M. Santos

Hamilton – James M. Santos, 73, of Hamilton arrived at his forever home on May 17, 2023 after a four year battle with pancreatic cancer.

After retiring from Chevron Oil Company in California, Jim filled his time fly fishing, golfing, wood working, camping and motorcycle riding.  He was especially devoted to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, RideforKids.org.

Jim is survived by his wife, Bette; his sister, Sandra (David) Rauch; his daughter, Amy Santos; his niece, Teresa Ruha; and his grand-niece, Audrey Ruha.

Jim will be laid to rest with his former wife, Margo Santos, at Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 11:00 am at Riverview Cemetery with a reception following in the Daly-Leach Chapel Community Room.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jim’s name to Rideforkids.org or the charity of the donor’s choice.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com.
