James S. Spencer
On June 21, 2015, Jim left his earthly world, with his family at his side at St. Patrick Hospital to be with the Lord.
He was born February 23, 1954 in Great Falls, Montana.
He grew up in various places, moving with his parents. He graduated from High School in Concord, CA in 1973 and Texas Tech in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration on Big Semi's. He became a long haul truck driver for 10 years. With a low immune system, he became very ill and could no longer work. He moved in with his parents and helped as his dad's health failed. Jim was large in stature with a big compassionate heart.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Spencer.
Surviving include his mother, La Rose Spencer; son, Shane Spencer and grandson Sylas; sister, Betty Spencer; brother, Russell (Kay) Spencer and their sons, Jake and Chris; many cousins.
Private family graveside services will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton at a later date.
