In Victor, Montana at his beloved home Jim passed away very peacefully on September 20, 2015. Jim would have been 72 on October 30th. Jim is at rest with Jesus and Mary. Loving father of Tina Marie Webb White (husband Mark D. White) two grandchildren Aidan Patrick White and Brenna Elizabeth White, all in Murrieta, California. Loving father of Timothy James Webb (wife Stephanie L. Gorman) one granddaughter Ruby Rose Webb all in Milwaukie, Oregon. Jim was born in Reno, Nevada, lived in Bakersfield, Carmichael and Sacramento, California, and New Jersey. Graduated from Sacramento State College with a BS in Accounting. Was a Captain in the United States Marine Corp, stationed in Quantico, Virginia, Camp Lejeune, NC, Vietnam (Combat Engineer), and Okinawa. Jim was a avid Big Game Hunter. Hunted in Alaska, Canada, Northwest Territories, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, California and Montana. Jim worked for Pacific Bell for 28 years, he was a Second Line Manager, also had a Taxidermy business for 30 years. After retiring from Pacific Bell he was a Real Estate Broker and worked part-time for a construction company, they needed his background an knowledge for underground cable and many other aspects. He loved the outdoors and had great respect for Big Game. Was a lifetime member of the NRA, member of the ELKS, was on the Victor Park Board for 4 years. Jim is survived by his sister, Carolyn Webb Smith of Fresno, California, his brother Michael Webb and wife Donna Webb of Fresno, California. Jim is also survived by is wife Darlene Webb, Married 49 years, Anniversary date August 27th. Attended Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Stevensville. Loved his Guardian Angel. Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 3rd at 11am in Sacramento, California, at George Klumpp Chapel of Flowers. Following Jim will be buried at Odd Fellows Lawn Cemetery with Military Honors. Luncheon to follow.
