Jamie Michael Conway

Jamie Michael Conway passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024.  He was born May 25, 1977 in Aberdeen, WA the son of Neil and Pamela Ashenbrenner.

Jamie moved from Aberdeen and was raised with the help of Wes Conway and Jay Smith.   Jamie was educated in Molalla, OR and moved to Montana in 1996.

He spent 14 years as a tire technician at the Hamilton Les Scwab Tire Center.  After an injury he became an entrepreneur.  Jamie was reconnected later in life with his father, Neil Ashenbrenner.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Wesley Conway; his grandparents, Edward and Leona McManemy; and his grandparents, Roger Neil and Rexelie Ashenbrenner.  Jamie is survived by 6 children, Mishaila (Zach) Blair of Helena, Tyler Conway of Hamilton, Aunika Minch (Chase Laine) of Hamilton, and Kiley, Cliry and Michael all of Butte; his father, Neil Ashenbrenner; his mother and step-father, Pam and Jay Smith of Darby; grandchildren, Todd, Jacob and Paisley Blair of Helena, Kayden and Skylar Minch of Hamilton, and Shia and Lennen Laine of Hamilton; his brothers, Michael Conway, Anthony Conway, Sherman Smith and Wesley Smith; his dog, Scooter; and his bird, Mia.

Services will be held Friday, January 26, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Daly-Leach Chapel with a reception following in the funeral home’s community room.
