Jesse James Nielson

STEVENSVILLE – Jesse James Nielson, 47, of Stevensville passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 from cancer.  He was born February 26, 1973 in American Fork, UT the son of Bud and Renee Nielson.

Jesse attended high school in Utah.  He married Brandie Nielson on June 2, 2012 in Darby.  Jesse worked as an autobody technician for many years.  He also worked as a fencer and welder.

Jesse served as an EMT and a fireman in Darby.  He loved swimming, shooting guns with his son, playing with trains and RC cars, camping and spending time with family.

Jesse was preceded in death by his son, Stetson and his brother, Brent.  He is survived by his wife, Brandie of Stevensville; his son, Colton and daughter-in-law Cassidy of Darby; his 2 granddaughters, Anna and Ava of Darby; his parents, Bud and Renee Nielson of Darby; 3 brothers, Travis of Utah, Sol of Utah and Dustin of Darby; 1 sister, Heather of Utah, 5 step-children, Victoria of Arizona, Damien of Idaho, and Elizabeth, Coeman and John all of Montana; and 4 step-grandchildren.
