Jim E. Nelson, 62 of Hamilton passed away July 19, 2014 at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospice Center.
Jim was born February 22, 1952 in Berne, Indiana to the late Paul and Sara Dammerell Nelson. He graduated from Lombard East High School.
Jim was a member of Cornerstone Bible Church in Hamilton and the Bitterroot Rock Club.
Surviving include his sister, Carol (Douglas) Mauro; brother, Paul (Lynda) Nelson; nieces Dawn (Dr. David) Huff and Michelle (Dr. Robert) Dudek; great nieces, Stella and Harper Huff.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Cornerstone Bible Church in Hamilton.
The family suggests memorials to Operation Christmas Child.
