Joan Ellen Little, 84, of Hamilton passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at The Valley Health and Rehab. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Earl, and son Scott, also of Hamilton. Her son, Mark, lives in North Carolina along with his wife, Teresa. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Anna Napier (Bryce), and great granddaughter, Stella. Joan served her community as a nurse and had a passion for outdoor photography. She loved birds of all sorts and feeding them along with other wildlife brought her great joy. She hunted deer and grouse occasionally and was an avid flyfisher for trout and other species along with her husband and sons. She was a true Montanan in spirit and many proudly called her a friend. She will be missed. No formal services will be held.
