Joyce Arlene Wright

HAMILTON – Joyce A. Wright, 84, of Hamilton passed away Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital.  She was born May 23, 1936 in Williston, ND the daughter of Herman and Katherine Pankowski.

Joyce attended high school in Williston.  She married the love of her life, Thomas Wright, on June 18, 1968 in Williston.  In her younger years, Joyce worked at Mercy Hospital in Williston and at Webster School.  She was also an upholsterer and a seamstress.  Joyce was a life member of the Hamilton Trap Club and helped with the special shoots.  She was also a firm supporter of the youth group at the trap club, Bitterroot Blasters.

Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tom; and 7 brothers and sisters.  She is survive by her daughter, Cheryl (Dick) Wallis of Stevensville; 2 sons, Doug (Judy) Boehning and Randy (Pam) Boehning all of Camas, WA; brother, Harold Pankowski of Malden, MA; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
