Katherine B. Miller

Stevensville - Katherine B. Miller, 87 of Stevensville passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Community Medical Center in Missoula.
She was born November 19, 1922 in Red Oak, Texas to the late Columbus and Vivual Whisnand. She married Bert A. Miller on July 7, 1940. Katherine was a house wife, Den Mother for Cub Scouts, P.T.A. member and Deacon of her church. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She enjoyed Bingo and music and was a member of the Corvallis United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Jerry L. Miller.
Surviving include her husband, Bert Miller of Stevensville; children, Jeannie (Jack) Johanson of Corvallis, Wayde (Sandy) Miller of CA., Jerrell (Louise) Whisnand of NV.; sister, Beatrice Spencer of CA.; 10 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The pallbearers are, Robert Brandenburg, Robert Brandenburg Jr., Billy Tabor, Douglas McDaniel, Jared McDaniel and Brian Brandenburg. The family suggests memorials to the Corvallis United Methodist Church or the American Heart Association.
